INSTRUCTIONS:
1)
Two
virtual samples are provided per request and one
logo per request.
2)
Artwork will be used 'as is'; modifications require fee-based support.
a. Artwork must be in:
ILLUSTRATOR CS3 (or lower) or PHOTOSHOP CS3 (or lower).
i. All fonts or letters need to be converted into outlines
to avoid incorrect font replacement.
b. Must be in one of these formats: EPS, JPEG, TIFF or PSD.
c. For pixel artworks:
i. Crop the image close to the edge.
ii. Image must be at 300DPI resolution and in a file size less
than 1.5MB.
d. See Number 8 below for artwork requirements necessary
for production.
3)
We'll use our best judgement for imprint position, size and layout.
4)
Standard Sweda watch/clock faces and hands will be used.
5)
Your virtual samples will be emailed back within two business days and
the digital file of your
virtual sample(s) will be available from our files for six months from
that date.
6)
All virtual samples will be emailed in the JPEG format and are for
presentation purpose only.
7)
Color varies by monitor and printer so exact PMS accuracy cannot be
guaranteed.
8)
For silkscreen process, artwork must be in 100% spot color. No gradation
or halftone allowed.
9)
This process is internet-based and inquiries are limited to
freevirtual@swedausa.com (no calls please).
